The command menu
Press Ctrl K anywhere in the Market Browser and one box searches everything. Items, market groups, your saved items and folders, and quick actions, all from the keyboard.
One box reaches all 2,106 market groups and 18,412 items, everything you saved, your recent places and the quick actions.
Opening it
Ctrl K opens it from any Market Browser page, and Cmd K does the same on a Mac. Both work throughout the Market Browser, even while you are typing in a field.
The Search button in the sidebar opens the same menu and shows the keys on it. Esc or a click outside closes it. The box itself names what it searches. Items, groups, saved items and actions.
Six tabs
The menu is six tabs. Left and Right step through them, a click works too, and the menu remembers the tab you left it on. Every tab has two states. Before you type it shows your recent results, and typing switches it to matches of its own kind. Item matches come from a live search of the whole market and start at two characters.

Everything at once. Top item matches with a row that opens the full search table, then groups, saved results and actions. With nothing typed it shows Recent and Actions instead, so an empty box is still useful.
Recent
What you used lately. Items, groups, saved items, folders and past searches, newest first. Actions are not recorded, so this tab stays about places and things.
Items
The live search on its own, with more matches than the All tab shows. Enter on the search row opens the full search table.
Groups
Market groups by name. Picking one opens its item table, the same table the groups page explains.
Saved
Your saved items and folders by name. An item opens its item page and a folder opens its saved table.

Small commands that run the moment you pick one.

Keys
The whole menu runs from the keyboard, and the legend at the bottom lists every key.

On a Mac the new tab key is Cmd Enter. Every result is a real link underneath, so new tabs behave like new tabs anywhere.
The search table
Press Enter on the search row and the query opens as a full page at its own address. The results are the same table as everywhere else, with the full toolbar, and Manage saves any row.
The address carries the query, so a search is a link you can share.
Free, without an account
The Market Browser is free and carries no ads. Reading the market needs no login, the data comes from EVE's official ESI rather than from any account of yours, and everything you save stays in your browser.
